Buying radios for the first time? Already have radios – but they’re not working? We’re not just sellers; we’re consultants, and we’ve been doing this since the 80’s. We have the experience to understand your big picture–the full scope of need and the pitfalls of choosing the wrong product or system.

1. We start with a complimentary consultation.
We’ll explore your needs or your problems – helping to determine communication requirements, current equipment specifications, use cases, and other variables like building, antenna, or battery issues.

2. We walk the site.
Depending on need, we’ll visit your location to evaluate existing equipment or investigate physical infrastructure implications–and then make recommendations we know will work.

3. We make recommendations for the radios and equipment that work for you.
We will advise on the radios and equipment that work for you–never renting or selling you anything you don’t need.

We offer a range of world-recognized manufacturing brands and can provide cost-effective alternatives. We’ll help you incorporate the DMR (digital mobile radio) standard or P25 (public safety) standard, which allows equipment from different manufacturers to operate together on the same network.

We don’t nickel-and-dime. We just help you fix what needs fixing.

We don’t do maintenance contracts (unless you require one). We simply support our product if it’s under manufacturer warranty, and we don’t inconvenience the customer: We will process and return warranty items at no charge. We also provide loaners at low/no charge, depending on customer and number of radios in use. 

We also offer free training for first-time radio users/ rental customers and for systems we sell that require the use of repeater channels.

We have radios for every need, from high security and mission critical requirements to the robust needs of big events or big campuses, including those with Bluetooth, texting, and GPS capability to P25 two-way radios that provide critical tactical and emergency communications. We also sell all types of radio accessories from either the manufacturer or aftermarket suppliers: rechargeable batteries, high-capacity batteries, chargers, antennas, holsters, earpieces, speaker microphones, in vehicle chargers.
