  • Maximum Connectivity: The TP9700 connects to various networks encountered in current operations or future technology migrations, including Conventional Analog, MPT1327, DMR Tier 2 Conventional, and DMR Tier 3 Trunking. It supports integrated GNSS for location services, Bluetooth® for wireless accessories, and WiFi OTAP. Analog signaling options include Two Tone decode, MDC1200, PL (CTCSS), DPL (DCS), and Selcall.
  • Exceptional Audio Quality: The TP9700 features a powerful 3W speaker and dual microphone active noise cancellation, ensuring clear communication even in extreme environments. The water-shedding grille ensures continued audio clarity even in wet conditions.
  • Enhanced Worker Safety: Man Down and Lone Worker features are standard. They send automated safety alerts that can be combined with location data and Tait GeoFencing software for effective response. The programmable Emergency key can also manually send these alerts.
  • Ergonomic User Experience: Designed for easy use in emergency situations, the TP9700 includes easy-grip controls, four programmable function keys, a three-way selector, and a range of accessories to tailor the user experience. The large color screen keeps users fully informed at a glance. The radio is available in 5 colors. 
  • Rugged Tait Tough Design: The TP9700 is certified IP68 dust and waterproof, IP65 protected from water jets, and rated MIL-STD-810H, ensuring it can withstand high and low temperatures, vibration, shock, humidity, salt fog, and more.
  • Flexible Multiband Operation: The TP9700 can be configured to operate on any combination of VHF, UHF, and 700/800MHz bands. It supports flexible and simple ordering and deployment of single, dual, and multiband operations at the time of purchase or subsequently over the air.
  • Secure Communication: The TP9700 offers encryption options, tools to manage lost or stolen radios, DMR trunking authentication to prevent unauthorized network access, and Tait EnableProtect Advanced System Key to control access to radio software and configuration. Over-the-air programming (OTAP) with Tait EnableFleet allows for software and firmware updates over the Tait DMR Trunked network.
